Our story begins with the introduction of three people. These people were young people, probably pretty people considering how these stories usually go. These are people you may or may not care about, considering they are just random strangers you just met in a fictional tale. But anyway, you probably wish for this humble narrator to get back on track and introduce these people, probably poor victims of circumstance given this author’s other work. First, we have a young woman by the name of Danielle, often called Dani by her friends. She was known for her energetic attitude and boundless enthusiasm. She was rather petite with rather plain proportions and a cute, if slightly pudgy, face. She had short strawberry blond hair that just reached her neck and was done up in pigtails. Our next character to introduce was a young man by the name of Christopher, he was rather dour, with a serious disposition. He was tall and with broad shoulders, with a well-toned, swimmer’s body. He had short black hair that was rather straight and boring. The last of our trio is another young lady named Elaine. She was a slender, medium sized woman, with shoulder length brown hair. She was of a rather shy disposition, rarely talking and usually wearing rather reserved clothing. She usually seemed rather depressed or something. Anyway, these three, by the usual channels of schooling and lunch and sleepovers, had become friends. The best of friends even. They played games with eachother, they went to events and carnivals and movies, and they even enjoyed just sitting around and talking like all of these teenagers do when they are together. But enough hearing about these random characters, we should really get a move on and start the story, all those workshops and guides for storywriting tell you to “show not tell,” and we’ve only really had telling so far, correct?

Anyway, our story begins not on a completely unremarkable one, but one that is merely somewhat remarkable for our protagonists. For people above the age of 18, it was just another weekday to be filled with emails, phone calls, manual labor, and general drudgery. For those of a slightly shorter age however, it was a day of glorious opportunity and freedom. It was the first day of summer, a day that signified the end of boring schoolwork and regimented classes and signified the beginning of fun, relaxation and long summer days reading books on park benches and riding bikes and writing stories you wouldn’t want your family members to see at late hours of the night. Oh, sorry, I’m afraid his thoughts bleed into these things occasionally, he doesn’t always put in the most effort. But anyway, for these three friends, it was the beginning of a grand adventure, well more of not particularly adventurous trip, but these were only children of 16 years and they certainly couldn’t do anything too adventurous. But really now, I should really be getting back to that “show don’t tell” thing, so I’ll simply present their discussion as they left the school doors. Danielle began the conversation in a bubbly tone. “I’m so excited!” she exclaimed while pushing her hands towards the sky. “It’s finally summer! Hot beaches, fun at the pool and more are just waiting for us! Aren’t you guys excited!” The boy sighed a little and spoke in a more sobering tone. “Or the time of crowded pools, mowing lawns, and heat exhaustion.” Danielle made a slight pout while Elaine quietly smiled in the background. Danielle replied thusly “Hey! Don’t be such a spoilsport! We’re gonna have a ton of fun this summer! Even today!” Elaine looked a little confused as she spoke up. “H-huh? What do you mean? Are w-we going somewhere?” Danielle smiled widely and spoke up while Christopher looked at her intently and Elaine looked at her quietly. “We’re going to my family’s lake house today!” She smiled again and looked at her friends. Elaine spoke quietly, almost whispering. “I-it’s just us right?” Dani grabbed her arms and smiled, making Elaine blush as the spirited girl talked excitedly. “Yup! Just you, me,” Elaine blushed a little more, “and Chris!” Elaine looked a little downcast, but quickly seemed to cheer up. “Um, w-well, should be fun!” Danielle looked at Chris next. “See, even Elly’s excited! Let’s go do this!” She jumped in excitement as Christopher sighed. “Alright, let’s all go back home and pack our bags then, how long are we staying again?” Danielle cheerily exclaimed. “A whole week! It’s gonna be so much fun!” He had hoped to get some alone time with Elaine, but this was just as well. The three friends parted ways and spent some time packing their bags for the trip. I considered putting a scene of them packing their bags and showing their characters through what items they were packing, like how Elaine packed a few books and Danielle brought her pop music and Christopher brought a few cleaning supplies, but that’s a rather boring scene to read, and we really have to get this story moving. Later that day, all three friends gathered at Danielle’s house and went through the boring acts of packing the car and such before jumping in it. Soon, their drive to the lake house would begin. Danielle jumped in the front seat, eliciting a sigh from Christopher. “You’re driving?” The boy exclaimed, “Alone!? Is that even safe?” Danielle giggled mischievously. “Come on you little joker! I’ve got my license and everything!” The car raced out of the driveway and through the streets, causing a roar of happiness from Danielle and a whimper of fear from Elaine. The drive continued much the same way to the lakehouse, with the car dashing between lanes and speeding through yellow lights. It was a little scary honestly, and our little band was lucky in that they didn’t run into any police officers along their journey. Other than the fast speed and bizarre turns, the trip was rather uneventful even though Elaine nearly fainted in fright and Christopher had revealed his knowledge of curses in a large variety of languages. Danielle simply laughed as the trio left the car and unpacked their bags at the lakehouse, finally happy to relax.

The day passed rather uneventfully, excepting a few fun dives into the lake and an extremely awkward hug between Danielle and Elaine. At night however, a rather interesting incident occurred. Our little trio were hanging around a bonfire, apparently an entertaining place for young folk to sit around and talk. I’m not exactly sure why, maybe it appeals to the base human desires for warmth, light, and companionship. Or perhaps young people at a lakehouse just like fire or something. It’s really not important anyway, what’s important is about to happen. Their lovely talk was interrupted by the sound of a large twig cracking. Elaine rushed towards Danielle’s arms, looking frightened. “W-what was that!?” Danielle simply laughed and smiled. “Come on, what are you scared of? It’s probably just a deer or something. There’re tons of those around here. They’re so cute!” Christopher was a little more cautious, always imagining worst case scenarios. “Or it could be a bear or something, let’s take a quick look.” He stood up and looked around at the woods, hoping to find their mysterious branch snapper while Elaine cowered in the consoling Danielle’s arms. He looked through the dark shadows forming shapes in his mind, until he saw one shadow that seemed a bit more substantial than the rest. It seemed to be the shape of a woman crawling around in the forest, when he squinted his eyes he thought he could see some sort of tail structure, but he was hardly sure. Suddenly, the black shape disappeared. He blinked in confusion, where did it go. “Hey guys, maybe you should go insi-” before he saw a shadow dashing towards him! He braced himself as a human-like figure pounced upon him. He fell to the ground, trying to keep the creature away from him. He heard the girls screaming in the background. He couldn’t get a good look at the creature, but its limbs were soft and fuzzy while it had a surprisingly pleasant scent. He barely kept the creature whose supple limbs and quite human face suggested a female gender, away from him when its face dove towards his. He expected a bite or claw but instead found himself in a sweet, luscious kiss. It was downright dazzling, he remained stunned when the strange woman got up and started leaping towards the girls, who were frozen in fright. It dove on the two and wrapped them in a huge, fuzzy hug, pressing the two together uncomfortably. They found the scent of this strange woman rather intoxicating, and they took too long to push her away. The woman kissed Elaine and then Danielle. The woman raced away into the forest with a cry of “Nya!” and our trio was left lying uncomfortably in the grass. Christopher, suddenly got up and raced towards Danielle. “Is everyone alright!?” He exclaimed, causing the two girls to push themselves up. Danielle was the next to speak. “I’m fine, she didn’t’ hurt us what the heck was that!?” Elaine was left looking a little shaken, and a little bit dazed. Christopher rapidly replied. “Let’s just all get inside the lakehouse and lock the doors. NOW!” Christopher and Danielle raced towards the door, Elaine stumbling after them, seeming a little intoxicated or something. She stumbled towards the bedroom she had set up earlier, hoping to lie down. Danielle and Christopher raced through the house, locking all the doors. Christopher put on a brave face for Danielle. “Just go to your room and lock the door! I’ll stay here and look out for that thing, it might come back, and next time it won’t be so friendly.” Danielle, a little scared still, acquiesced to the man’s request as Christopher began to look around the house for a gun or any other sort of weapon. However, for now let’s turn our attention not to Christopher, but to fair Elaine, who was having different problems in her room right now.

Elaine felt odd. She felt unusual, anything but normal. She, like most children, had been sick with colds before, she, hopefully unlike most children, had gotten drunk before (wonderful story about that actually it involved her parents and…never mind) and she had felt the sweet high of staying up all night. What she felt now however, was none of those things, she felt just weird, she was having strange thoughts and her body felt a little tingly. She opened her mouth and talk. “W-what exactly is going nyan. Huh?” She was confused by what she had just said. I hope you, the almighty, all-knowing reader, understand exactly what is going on, if you don’t, I am quite sorry, and I assure you it will become clear quite soon. The tingling was worse in her ears, they felt extremely odd, like they were longer or something. She felt them with her hand and was incredibly surprised as they felt a little hairier than she had remembered. Then, the feeling grew incredibly strong as she felt her ears growing outwards and upwards. She felt them growing out of her hair and forming into a rounded triangular shape. She grabbed her new cat ears with her hand experimentally and tugged, finding them very sensitive. She let out a “mew!” in surprise. What was she saying!? “I’m so conmewed, what the heck is going nyan!” Next her body felt extremely hot and she started to sweat. She felt like her body was burning up, she had to cool off NOW! She pulled on the ceiling fan turning it on, but the rush of moving air was not enough to give her comfort. She quickly pulled off her white sweatshirt and pants noticing the glistening sweat on her skin. She was in her underwear, but felt a little better. She was still so hot! She hoped her door was locked as she lowered her partially white hair covered hands to remove her bra.  Huh!? She wasn’t wearing gloves or anything! She took a few moments to stare at the fluffy white hair growing on her hands it was soft and a bit pretty, but she couldn’t worry about that now! She was still too hot! She pulled off her bra and panties with her new, weird looking fingernails. The relief was instantaneous, and she let out a purr of contededness. When she pulled off her socks, she was surprised to see that they were covered in even more fuzzy hair. She was alarmed however, when she looked at them again and tried to wiggle her toes. She didn’t have feet anymore, she had paws! They felt surprisingly comfortable on the ground, she could still feel it even with the layer of fur covering them. She felt a sudden tug near her waist and felt a new growth appearing there. She felt elated as her tail sprung from her waist wiggling around and feeling wonderful. Thoughts began to race through her head, of lying around and relaxing, of chasing mice and finding friends. Of curling up into a ball and taking a good nap in the corner. She began to stretch her body, finding it incredibly flexible. “Mew, this is starting to feel good…” she purred in happiness. Her hands were transforming into paws as well, but she didn’t care much. She felt her breasts and groin becoming wrapped in a soft, fuzzy fur, elated to find that they still reacted to her touch. She was starting to feel good, and a little tired. “Mew, I’m so tired, I’ll play later nya.” With a light nya, the new catgirl curled up into a ball on the carpet and drifted off into a light nap. But for now, we shall turn our attention to another player in this tale.

Our next person of interest is dear Danielle, who was rather afraid and hiding in her room, locking the door and hoping that the creature would not get in. She was actually freaking out a bit, so she needed something to relax her. She was never quite interested in books or stories, despite them filling this room, so they were out. She was looking for a distraction, anything would do! She looked around, finding nothing particularly amusing. She knew she shouldn’t have picked her grandmother’s old room! But what was done was done, and now she was stuck here, too afraid to go outside and find her phone even. She looked around until she found something rather interesting, it was a box full of knitting supplies. Danielle had never had enough patience for such things, but her grandmother had always tried to get the young woman to try. Danielle still found the thought of knitting rather dreadful, but nevertheless felt excited upon seeing the yarn, maybe she could play with that? She picked it up, admiring its bright colors and soft texture. She tossed it in the air, finding the action to be surprisingly amusing. She began playing with it a little, laughing with a little “nya ha ha!” She did not notice how some of her teeth were sharpening a little bit, looking a little like cat’s fangs. She continued to play with the yarn her ears rising up out of her hair in fuzzy grey triangles. She noticed some grey fuzz on her fingers which were beginning to feel and look a little odd, but she was having so much fun with the yarn that she didn’t care. She continued to toss it in the air, first be holding it and throwing, then by simply tapping it upwards as her hands formed into fuzzy cat paws. “Meow!” She exclaimed as the yarn fell onto the bed. She simply giggled and turned around, curling around the sphere of yarn with her body growing thinner and more flexible. She didn’t care as her feet shifted and morphed into paws, shredding her socks. She accidentally knocked the yarn off, and she crawled off the bed after it. Her new supple form easily slipped out of her old plump one’s clothes, not that it mattered much given the thin grey line of hair that covered her like a well, catsuit. “Nya ha ha, meow! Who knew yarn was so fun!” She continued to play with the yarn as a furry tail emerged from her rear and began to wag happily. The catgirl played in her room for a while, ignorant of Elaine’s nap, and of Christopher’s troubles, which were only just beginning.

Christopher was worried and a little scared. Some creepy thing had just attacked them and it may have impregnated him with that kiss or something. It was very possible something could burst out his chest, or even worse, Elaine’s chest! He shuddered from the thought, and quickly got to work. After checking that the doors to the outside were locked, he dashed around the house, looking for a weapon or something. He found that Danielle’s family was not a very violent sort, and there were no guns or ammunition in the house. There rarely are good weapons in his tale of horror, we can’t have the heroes simply destroying their predator after all. He couldn’t even find a baseball bat or a claw hammer! He had really hoped that he could at least fortify the house, but was finding such an action nearly impossible. He ignored how he was getting a little hot, he was running around quite a bit after all. He felt a slight pressure in his chest, and attributed it to the running. He was a little confused considering he was in excellent shape, but couldn’t focus on it when he was so worried about Elaine. His clothes felt a little loose now that he thought about it, but that shouldn’t matter. He figured he should check on the girls, seeing as he saw no other signs of attack or entry. He decided to check on Danielle first. He moved over to her door and knocked. He was slightly confused at how his hands looked a little softer and paler, and at how he heard what sounded like a “mraow!” as he knocked on the door. He heard a muffled “nya, come in” and opened the door. He was treated to quite a sight. Inside the door was Danielle, but not as he remembered. Instead of a plump, petite girl, he now saw a thin but curvaceous lady. She had some kind of fur like costume on, complete with paws and ears! “Danielle?” He began, before the cat girl noticed him and dropped her yarn. “Nya!” She giggled  “You’re so cute neow! Play with me please?” She pouted and danced around playfully while looking at him with a begging expression. Christopher had to admit she looked cute, but was slightly worried. First of all, he never considered himself cute, more of a rugged handsome, but he was much more worried about her, what the heck had happened! He didn’t’ have much time as Dani bounced upwards at him with a playful laugh and a “meow!” He managed to dash out of the way, leading Danielle to fall on the floor with perfect grace. She giggled. “Playing hard to get are you?” She reached out toward him as he dashed away and closed the door. He barely noticed how his tired pants sounded a little higher than before. He pushed a nearby bookshelf in front of the door, realizing he’d check on her later. His chest felt weird, but he couldn’t focus on that right now. She had just tried to kill him or something! He grew more frightened, so worried he didn’t notice how his manhood had shrunk considerably and begun to shift its shape. He was very hot, presumably from the excitement. Under his clothes he was a little itchy, but he couldn’t focus on that for now. His attention turned to the other side of the shack where he heard a loud bump and a “MRAOW!” followed by a scream. It was coming from Elaine’s room! He raced towards the woman’s room, she was probably under attack. “I’m coming!” he screeched like a girl! He had heard that phrase before, but was finding it particularly applicable here, given how odd his voice sounded. He tried to ignore the jiggle in his chest and the new sensations in his groin as he ran, why should he care about him, Elaine was in trouble! He dashed to the door hearing more meows and whining noises. He pulled on the door, finding it to be locked. He raised his foot, noting that it felt very odd in his shoes. He, even though the description prior in this story should tell you that Chris was probably a she now, kicked the door with all of her strength, busting it down. Chris raced into the room. Inside, he saw Elaine, but she was different. She was a catgirl as well! Chris gasped in surprise, she thought Elaine was under attack! Instead he just saw a little catgirl waking up and winking at him. “Oh Chrissy, aren’t you just a cute little kitten?” Elaine purred. Chris stepped back a little and replied in her feminine voice “NYA! Wh-what do you mean neow!?” Elaine licked her paw for a second before walking up to a terrified but paralyzed Chris. “You’re a kitten like me neow? Right? Aren’t you hot?” She moved her paws with surprising adroitness and pulled off Chris’s shirt and pants, an easy act considering they barely fit the catgirl anymore. She pushed him in front of the mirror, to which Chris gasped. Chris was a catgirl now! He had a curvy frame with a light covering of brown fur in a few places. She had fuzzy paws and ears that rose out of her head. A brown and black tail sprouted from her back. “Do you understand neow?” Elaine purred. Chrissi felt a little odd, but now understood. She was a catgirl! She had tons of fun with her friends Dani and Elly! She turned back to Elly. “Of course nya!” She bounced as she talked. “Aren’t nyu?” The two catgirls giggled and hugged. They were soon joined by their friend Dani, who had escaped through the window in her room. The three friends, still together despite their predicament, laughed and played together. They were going to face new challenges with their new race and desires, but they were sure that together, they could handle anything.
A fun Catgirl TF suggested by :iconlegend293 I may write in an epilogue a little later. The catgirls were based off of this picture (to be added), personally, I prefer my catgirls not to have paws, but I suppose this'll do.

This isnt really horror because we all know that they are gonna turn after the kiss, so it just ruins it, and its not scary. This is basically a clickbate YT video (im not saying its bad though, it just didnt live up to the expectations of it being a horror story)
