To Get a New Start

A fun caption for me to write utilizing one of my favorite Mythological Monsters, the Harpy. I'll probably write other harpy-based captions, as I came upon a bunch of good pictures. I especially loved this particular picture, and couldn't resist. Maybe I'll use it in a fun RP idea I have planned. Speaking of which, I, as always, do not take ownership of or credit for the picture, only the story accompanying it. This one was not a request, so sorry for those of you have sent in. Instant Request Quiz Time:
In edition 3.5 of D&D, Wizards have spell components that they have to use to cast their spells. One of these spells, Scrying requires two things. A focus, and spell components. There is a funny joke on what these two things are, one which requires basic scientific knowledge to understand. The first that can tell me what the objects are and what the joke is gets their free request. Make sure to use the wizard/bard/sorcerer version, not the cleric or druid version.
